To successfully upload a photo to your profile, it needs to be saved in the correct format.
When saving a photo on your computer you can select the file type that you would like to save it in.
From the drop down list, please select JPEG and re-save the photos, then re-submit your photo.
Alternatively, please email your photo to us at: email@example.com and we will upload your photo to your profile for you.
Please make sure that you include your member ID number.
